Truck-mounted crane operation procedures

Truck-Mounted Crane Operation Procedure: First, start the engine and then depress the clutch. Simultaneously, engage the power take-off (PTO). Normal operation is now possible. Moving the control lever upwards extends the outriggers. Second, extend the boom rope. Moving the boom rope upwards releases the wire rope, and moving it downwards retracts it. The boom extension control lever extends the boom, and retracts it. Simultaneously moving all four outrigger control levers downwards retracts the hydraulic cylinders, and simultaneously moving all four outriggers upwards retracts them. When the crane is not in use or during operation, the PTO must be turned off for normal travel.
